Furtimr Discussion: Mr. Mi!inkovich stated tha: he understands and agrees tha~ ti~e issuance of the conditional use permit is contingent ur)on him complying with Items 7 and 8 and providing thc City with an approved plan for handling waste water, chemicals and fluids. Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permil Renewal For Welding Business At 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. Michael Baehr: Sylvia Frolik stated that I~. Baehr was granted a conditional use permit in 1988 for a welding business. One of the terms of the peak"mit included a one year expiration date with the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit. The prope~' was inspected and is in compliance with the terms of the conditional use permit. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Mr. Michael i3aehr's request for a two year renewal o~ the conditional use permit to have a welding business in the accessory structure at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.
