Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permil Renewal For Welding <br /> Business At 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. <br /> Michael Baehr: <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik stated that I~. Baehr was granted a conditional use permit in 1988 for a <br />welding business. One of the terms of the peak"mit included a one year expiration date with <br />the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit.
