On Jul)' 18, 1989, the ilamsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled the Review <br />of Street Lights as a subdivision requirement. <br /> <br />On August 1, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled the <br />Review of Street Lights as a subdivision requirement. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend <br />approval and direct staff to forward the proposed ordinance to City council for <br />their consideration. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to City <br />Council that street lights be installed at locations as per the Police Department list <br />dated March 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that payment of the utility bills should be in accordance with <br />Ramsey City Code 190.1 Street Lighting System. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval and direct staff to forward the proposed Street <br />Light Ordinance to city Council for their consideration. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council install street lights at locations as per the <br />Police Department list dated March 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council direct the cost of street lighting be <br />handled pursuant to Ramsey City Code 190.1 Street Lighting System. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator X <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer X <br />Community Development Director X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Planning & Zoning Comm. <br />Other <br /> <br />X <br /> <br /> <br />
