The sketch plan <br />conforms with this requirement. <br /> <br />We are unable to comment on the drainage at this time. The <br />developer will have to show how drainage will be handled on <br />the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Soils are predominantly Zimmerman sands with a smaller area <br />of Dalbo silt loams.
