Mr. Gerald Zi~erman, Chairman <br />Page 2 <br />August 29, 1989 <br /> <br />A temporary easement for 177th Avenue as it is currently <br />aligned should be required until such time that 177th is <br />improved. <br /> <br />Approval of the previous plat was contingent on providing an <br />additional 27' of right-of-way along H~. 47. The sketch plan <br />conforms with this requirement. <br /> <br />We are unable to comment on the drainage at this time. The <br />developer will have to show how drainage will be handled on <br />the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Soils are predominantly Zimmerman sands with a smaller area <br />of Dalbo silt loams.
