Up~ading to <br />Class 5 would also be assessed to the benefitting property owners. <br /> <br />Jeff Rockow - 18015 Ute Street - Stated that he doubts even the consmaction of ditches will <br />alleviate drainage problems in the area. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that a feasibiliLv report would study the drainage in the area. <br /> <br />Ron Nelson - 18055 Ute Street - Inquired if the turn-aroud would Mso be expanded. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that the turn-around would ~ expanded to at least 60 feet in diameter. <br /> <br />Angela Lenarz - 4925 179th Lane - Stated that her property always getls flooded with oil <br />and it isn't fair. <br /> <br />Linda Wolfbauer - Noted that the residents on the west side of Ute are already subject to a <br /> <br />CiB, Council,/Augus: 15, 1989 <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
