We have enclosed item "9" indicating subdivision activity. <br />A significant portion of this has occurred as a result of the <br />discussion over implementation of "4 in 40" zoning. <br /> <br />While MC staff appear to be receptive to possible revisions <br />of their 4 in 40 policy, no commitment has been made by them <br />that change will, in fact, occur.
