Councilmember Pearson said that he agreed with Mayor Reimann in '~he fact that the decision <br />should be up to the citizens. He also agreed with Councilmember DeLuca regarding banking land <br />now for a luture trail system. <br /> <br />Cih' Administrator David Hartley stated that the Budget Committee discussed the possibility ct a <br />bond issue to make improvement to some of the parks and trails, <br /> <br />Mr. Merland Otto told the Council that the Park Commission needs some kind of direction with <br />respect to trails.
