NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1 ) City Council regular meeting minutes dated February 28, 1989. <br /> <br />2 ) Joint City Council, Planning and Zoning, Park and Recreation, and Economic Development <br /> Commission special meeting minutes dated March 2, 1989. <br /> <br />3 ) City Council regular meeting minutes dated March 14, 1989. <br /> <br />4 ) Joint Cily Council, Planning and Zoning, Park and Recreation, and Economic Development <br /> Commission special meeting minutes dated March 15, 1989. <br /> <br />5 ) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated March 28, 1989. <br /> <br />NOTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMI,,SSlON MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1 ) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated <br /> March 7, 1989. <br /> <br />2 ) Planning and Zoning Commission special meeting minutes dated March 13, 1989. <br />CQMMI~;~;ION BUSINESS <br /> <br />.Case #1 .Review Skel~ch Plan for Dellwood Hills Addition <br /> <br />Merland Otto recommended that the Commission accept cash to satisfy park dedication due to the <br />fact that there is no proposed plan for park or trail in that area. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to accept cash to satisfy <br />park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Lokker, Prall, Johnson and Rustad. Voting <br />No: None. Absent: Chairman Lichter and Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #2 .Riverbend park - Status Report <br /> <br />Merland Otto told the Commission that Buck Blacktop was the apparent Iow bidder with a bid of <br />$101,500. <br /> <br />Merland Otto told the Commission that everything was put on hold due to the fact that we don't <br />have access to the south end of the park. He also told them that we have done all that we can and <br />that now we have to wait for the County to make a decision.
