The property is currently <br />zoned residential. <br /> <br />Following is a list of comments resulting from our review of this <br />sketch.plan: <br /> <br />1) The proposed plat consists of 102 residential lots. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />In reviewing the sketch plan re_o~irements of the City Code, the <br />following items were not provided: <br /> <br />.a. <br /> <br />Existing zoning classification of the proposed <br />subdivision and the areas surrounding the subdivision. <br /> <br />Description of the property by fraction of section, <br />township and range. <br /> <br />Date and approximate acreage. <br /> <br />Names and addresses of the o%~er and subdivider of the <br />land. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Block 4 of-the plat abutts the Ramsey Terrace Pond which is a <br />general development lake. The lots adjacent to this lake must <br />have 15,000 square feet above the ordinary high water mark, 75 <br />feet of water frontage and a st~ucture setback of 50 feet from <br />the ordinary high water mark. Several of the lots appear to be <br />deficient in size. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is not currently within the City's Urban <br />Service Area.
