Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />NOTE PLANNING AND ZONING COM~ISS1ON MEETING._~_UTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minules: <br /> <br />1 ) Joint Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development Commission meeting <br /> minutes daled Seplember 29, 1988. <br /> <br />2 ) Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated October 4, 1988. <br />3 ) Planning and Zoning Commission special meeting minutes dated October 12, 1988. <br />4 ) Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated November 1, 1988o <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1 Review sketch plan for R. J. Sybrant Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Helland and seconded by Commissioner Prall to accept 75 feet along the <br />north edge of the property and the remainder in cash for park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Lichter, Commissioners Prall, Rustad, Hetland, Johnson <br />and Lokker. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #2 Review sketch plan for R. J. Sybrant ~nd. Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to accept 75 feet along <br />the south side of the property and one acre on the Southwest corner of the plat and the remainder <br />in cash for park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #3 Status of trail dedication /plats for Bulow's Addition and Riverview <br /> Estates Addition (Response from EQB. <br /> <br />Merland Otto recommended accepting a 35 foot right-of-way for a trail corridor. Merland Otto <br />told the Commission that City Council was going to add an additional 3 feet to the right-of-way. <br />EQB recommends a 30 foot wide corridor.
