Council consensus was to amend Item ~71 of the proposed findings of fact to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />That the engineer's review letter of 914/88 indicates that no <br />determination of adequacy has been made on MC's d~aft EIS <br />document for the vertical expansion. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt Findings of Fact ~0237, as amended, relsting to Waste Management of <br />Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit. Further, to direct <br />that the Conclusion statement to those findings read as follows: <br /> <br />'On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the City Council concludes <br />that the proposed use does comply with the requirements of the City <br />Code Section 170.013D and accordingly approves the application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit by Waste Management of Minnesota, Inco This <br />approval is contingent upon a finding by the Metro Council that the <br />Environmental Impact Statement is adequate and subsequent approval of <br />all other review agencies.' <br /> <br />Motion carried° Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None° <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />approve Waste ~nagement of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use <br />permit, as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried° Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuoa, Pearson and Bawden.
