Nh'. Banwart stated that City <br />Staff is recommending tabling action on the plat until the developer has complied with <br />comments contained in the City En~neer's report dated January 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to table <br />action on Mr. Richard Sybrant's request for preliminaD' plat approval of The North Forty <br />2nd Addition until conformance with items in the City Engineer's report dated January 31, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
