Hartlev stated that City Staff strongly recommends that City Council consider <br />favorably tl~e purchase of property adjacent to Ramse,,' Municipal Cbmer because of the <br />favorable terms and numerous potential needs for additional public property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson ~o authorize <br />the Mayor and City Administrator to negotiate final terms and conditions for the purchase <br />of the Holasek property and execute all relevant documents necessar3.' to accomplish said <br />purchase, not to exceed the tem'~s and conditions set by a purchase agreement entered into <br />by the Holaseks and City Administrator David Hartley on Februaq' 3, 1989. <br /> <br />ix,lotion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Holasek Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Stephen and Gloria Holasek are requesting final plat approval for a <br />minor subdivision for proper'fy located east of Nowthen Blvd. and south of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. The property consists of 24.4- acres and is proposed to be subdivided as one block <br />and 2 tots. Mr. Banwan noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Park and <br />Recreation Commission have reviewed the plat and recommended approval with certain <br />park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councitmember DeLuca and seconded by Coun:ilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-02-22 approving granting final plat approval of Holasek Addition. <br /> <br />ix4otion carried.
