hours of operation on week-ends have been cut from 3:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that the City has not yet drafted or adopted an ordinance that restrict <br />hours of operation at amusement centers to 1:00 a.m. If such an ordinance were. adopted, <br />Cue Time's hours of operation would not be decreased until the next licensing period. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartlev noted that Council will be discussing amending and updating ordinances <br />relating to l}illiareds and amusement centers on March 14. <br /> <br />Case #4: Adopt Ordinance To Rezone Certain Lots In Bulow's Addition; <br /> Case Of Mr. Arthur Bulow: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart recalled that City Council introduced an ordinance on January 24, 1989 to <br />rezone certain lots in Bulow's Addition. Mr. Banward recommended adoption of the <br />ordinance at this time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Ordinance #89-2 to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Bulow's Addition from B-1 Business to <br />R- 1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Peterson, Cich <br />and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request To Rezone Lots 1-6, Block 2, Riverview Estates, <br /> From B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential; Case Of Mr. <br /> Ralph Elofson: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Mr. Ralph Elofson is requesting rezoning of certain lots in <br />Riverview Estates from B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommends approval of the request as it is in compliance with surrounding <br />zoning and the Highway #10 Corridor Stud.,,'. <br /> <br />Motion b)' Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0242 relating to Mr. Ralph Elofson's request to rezone Lots 1-6, Block 2, <br />RJverview Estates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Peterson, Cich <br />and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Mr. <br />Ralph Elofson's request to rezone Lots 1-6, Block 2, Riverview Estates from B-1 Business <br />to R~I Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
