In response to Council questions, Development Services Manager Gladhill indicated that when <br />factoring in all costs to process a permit, there is no surplus with a fee of $20, as it does not <br />cover all costs. However, staff found it to be an acceptable level to assure Ramsey remains in <br />compliance with State rules. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Backous, to waive the City <br />Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #13 -11 Amending 2013 <br />Rates and Fees Related to Residential Rental Licensing Fee Structure for New Construction and <br />Septic Pumping Permits. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember LeTourneau aye <br />Councilmember Backous aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Tossey aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Mayor Strommen aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.
