5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the <br />agenda as amended to add Case 7.04, Consider Terms for Bury & Carlson (B &C) Request to <br />Terminate Lease Agreement; and, Case 7.05, Consider City Participation in Game Fair 2013. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Backous, Kuzma, <br />LeTourneau, Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing to Adopt Ordinance #13 -11 Amending 2013 Rates and Fees Related <br />to Residential Rental Licensing . Fee Structure for New Construction and Septic <br />Pumping Permits <br />Mayor Strommen closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:31 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Development Services Manager Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />amend the 2013 Rates and Fees to adjust the Residential Rental License Fee for new construction <br />to provide a 50% credit to account for existing inspections related to a Certificate of Occupancy <br />and amend the Septic Pumping Permit to $20. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to close the <br />public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Backous, LeTourneau, <br />Kuzma, Riley, and Tossey.
