Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Lokker, Shumway, and Johnson. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Chairman Uchter and Commissioners Prall and Rustad. <br /> <br />APPROVE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to approve the Park <br />and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated February 9, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Lokker, Shumway, and Johnson. Voting <br />No: None.
