NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noled the following City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1 ) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated February 14, 1989. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Joinl City Councit, Planning and Zoning, and Park and Recreation special meeting <br />minutes dated February 22, 1989. <br /> <br />NOTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEET!NG MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated <br />February 14, 1989. <br /> <br />COMMISSION I~USINE$$ <br /> <br />Case If1 Review of Com.~rehensive Park Dedication Aareement for the <br /> ENTIRE North Fork P.U.D, <br /> <br />Medand Otto told the Commission that, at the special joint meeting, it was decided to set up a <br />special committee with members of the Park and Recreation Commission, Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and the City Council to come up with an agreement for the entire North Fork <br />addition. <br /> <br />The Commission noted that the North Fork park dedication was reviewed on March 2 by the City <br />Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Commission, and the Economic <br />Development Commission. <br /> <br />Case ¢2 Review Sketch P[i~9 fgr North Fork 3rd Addition, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to approve the sketch <br />plan for North Fork 3rd Addition and to have the Commission withhold the park dedication <br />pending the review of the special committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Lokker, Shumway, and Johnson. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Chairman Lichter and Commissioners Prall and Rustad. <br /> <br />Case 43 Review Sket.~h Plan for Norf. h Fork 4th Addition, <br /> <br />Dennis Peck told the Commission that North Fork 4th Addition was a simple 1 lot division, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to a~ept North Fork <br />4th Addition as it stands with the cash amount for park dedication subject to the Park Land <br />Dedication Agreement. <br /> <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION/MARCH 9, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
