"5 <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley recommended that City Council attend the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />public heating scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on March 7, 1989 regarding Waste Managemenfs <br />request for a conditional use permit for a tire shredding operation. <br /> <br />D) Building Maintenance - <br /> <br />Mr. Harfley noted that Bob Strong, the Building Maintenance person, has resigned. Until <br />the position is filled, the City will be using the services of a cleaning company. <br /> <br />E) Review upcoming meeting schedule - <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted the following meetings: <br /> <br />March 2 - Joint City Council/Economic Development Commission/Planning and <br />Zoning Commission/Park and Recreation Comrrfission - To discuss park dedication <br />for entire Northfork P.U.D. and replace park property for CountD'side Estates. <br /> <br />March 15 - Joint City Council/Economic Development Commission/Planning and <br />Zoning Commission - Transportation workshop and presentation by Anoka County <br />Soil and Water Conservation. <br /> <br />April 5 - Planning conference on planning and the law at Brool.tlyn Park <br />Community Center. <br /> <br />April 5 - Anoka City Hall - DNR Workshop for residents abutting the Rum River. <br />The workshop will be held again on Apffi 13 at St. Francis City Hall. <br /> <br />April 6, 7 - State Planning Conference - Sheraton Inn Northwest - Brooklyn Park. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn <br />the regular City Council meeting.
