<br />#89-02-45 recommending the transfer of 100% of the MVET to the road user fund.

<br />Center Building:

<br />Mr. Hartley stated that the Park Center building is in use and there is a need for 4 tables and
<br />24 chairs; Stuff is recommending the purchase of same from Bertelson Office Products,
<br />
<br />Mayor Reimann noted that when mt:king purchases, the qua]ity of the product as well as
<br />the price should be taken into consideration.

<br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve
<br />the purchase of four folding tables and 24 stacking chairs from Bertelson Office Products
<br />in the total amount of $1,054.56; 1989 Park and Recreation Capital ImprovemenffOutlay
<br />funds are designated for this pumhase.

<br />Councilmember Pearson noted receiving a call from Ham Lake regarding the possibility of
<br />cost-shm'-ing an, assessor position with Ramsey.

<br />Mr. Hardev stated that cost-sharing an assessor is a possibility but he prefers to take it into
<br />consideraffon after Ramsey has filled the Assessor position.
