Final <br />compaction shall be with a rubber tired roller for smooth <br />surface. <br /> <br />Financing <br /> <br />The sidewalks and trailways shall be constructed and paid for <br />by the developer(s) for any residential, commercial, or <br />industrial project. <br /> <br />If the City constructs the sidewalks or trailways, the project <br />shall be financed through a district-wide financing method <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 435.44. Property owners in a <br />district, as established by resolution of the City Council, <br />shall participate in the financing of sidewalks or trailways <br />in the sidewalk district. <br /> <br />For any residential, commercial or industrial development that <br />is not required to provide side%~a!k as part of he stated plan, <br />but sidewalk is required on the opposite side of the street, <br />the developer(s) shall be re.~uired to pay into the sidewalk <br />fund herein established, 1/2 cf the cost of sidewalk as if it <br />were to be placed on the developer's side. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
