Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #II: <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Itave A Temporary Office <br />Trailer; Case Of Waste Management Of Minnesota, Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Tero' Miller was present representing Waste Management of Minnesota, InC. and requesting a <br />conditional use permit to have a tempora.D' office trailer at the Anoka Regional Landfill during the <br />vertical expansion operation. <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recon'~men~l 'that <br />the City Council adopt the findings of fact relating to Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s <br />request for a conditional use permit to have a temporar)' office trailer at the landfill site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #12: Request For A ConditionaI Use Permit To Operate An Aluminum <br /> Recovery And Processing Business; Case Of Danny's Aluminum <br /> Processing, Inc.: <br /> <br />M.r. Daniel Karst and his attorney, sharon Watson were present, requesting approval to operate an <br />aluminum pr~essing facility in the I-1 Industrial District. <br /> <br />Ms. Watson referred to the proposed conditional use permit and requested that the auto liability <br />coverage limit be reduced from one million to $250,000.00. Ms. Watson also stated that Mr. <br />Karst has some concerns with the stated time frames for completing proposed improvements to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto replied that the vehicle liability coverage requirement ~411 have to be determined by the <br />City Attorney, Insurance Agent of Record and City Council. <br /> <br />Ix'h-.
