Mr. Gilles stated that he did not intend to construct two <br />separate dwellings as the principal structure and the dwelling above the detached garage are <br />connected by an under~ound tunnel; both structures are served by the same utility sources; tlhe <br />dwelling units will be occupied by family memly~rs only. ~ <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Item #7 of the proposed findings of fact was amended to indicate that there is one known similar <br />permitted use in tile City. <br /> <br />Item #8 was amended to indicate that the second dwelling will not substantially increase traffic to <br />and from the property. <br /> <br />Item #9 was amended to indicate that the second dwelling will not be unduly dangerous. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #1_.0_ <br />to indicate that the second dwelling ~,ilI not impair market ',~alue of surrounding properly. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
