Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Shumway and <br />LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holm and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway that the <br />Conclusion to the Findings of Fact indicate that the proposed use does comply with City <br />Code and that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the request <br />for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chariman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Shumway and <br />LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holm and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed COnditional use permit. <br /> <br />Ms. Sharon Watson, attorney representing lXir. Daniel Karst, Jr., was present and stated <br />that she has been informed that the City Attorney is not opposed to reducing the vehicle <br />liability coverage to $250,000. Ms. Watson stated that another concern of Mr. Karst was <br />that of being allowed sufficient time to implement the improvements to the property; time <br />frames can be addressed during the site plan process. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that <br />City Council approve Mr. Daniel Karst, Jr.'s request for a conditional use permit, amended <br />as ~:ollows: <br /> <br />Item 26.b.ii should be revised to require auto and truck liability coverage in <br />the amount of $250,000.00. <br /> <br />b.
