He told the Commissio,' that <br />equipment for the tot lot at River's Bend Park has been ordered and will be installed this year as <br />will the equipment ~tor Autumn Heigh% Park. <br /> <br />Merland Otto stated that he has requested fha! Sandra Ashley, Finance Officer, provide the <br />Commission with some realistic budge1 figures '~or 1990. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hetland requested thal Merland Otto research whether or nol there was an <br />agreement between the City of Ramsey and Federal Cartridge that specified improvements at <br />Central Park in lerms of a dollar amounl and time frame. <br /> <br />Merland Otto provided the Commission with copies of the 5 year budgei plan. <br /> <br />.Case #6 Bark Ec~uipment at Titterud Park, <br /> <br />Merland Otto informed lhe Commission that the park equipment they ordered for Titterud Park <br />lasl month is almost the same as what is already there, He told the Commission that they have <br />two choices, they can keep the equipment and put it into another park, or they can cancel that <br />order with no penalty and order some other equipment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Prall stated that she feels the Commission should reorder some equipment due to <br />the fact that Titterud Park is very well used, <br /> <br />Merland Otto told the Commission that he has a comparative list of equipment that can be put <br />into the park. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hetland asked that we could install some kind of handicapped accessible <br />equipment. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to accept l,,4erland <br />Otto's list of replacement equipment for Titterud Park with the exception of some kind of <br />handicapped accessibie equipment instead of the Icg roll on the list. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
