The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner LaDue tim; hem #.:-; of <br />thc proposed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will no; be unduly dangerous to <br />persons in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, l-tendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commiss~onc:' Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Ten-v to amend Item <br /># 10 of the proposed findings of fac~ to indicate that the approximate distance between the <br />kennel operation and nearest neighboring residence is 100 yards. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Comn'fissioner Bawden that ltem #15 of <br />the propt~sed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will not impair the use of <br />surrounding properties. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue that Item #16 of <br />the proposed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will be in accordance with the <br />objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden that Item <br /># 17 of the proposed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will be maintained to be <br />harmonious w4th the intended character of the area. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None.
