Tim Dusbabek stated that the people are concerned with the increased traffic
through Golden Eagle Estates resulting from the development of Dellwood Hills. The
people are not opposed to the development but are concerned with future transportation
plans in this area. Tim Dusbabek inquired if there are plans to extend Bison Street to the
south and if not, are there means for regulating traffic through Golden Eagle Estates.

Air. Otto replied that there are no immediate plans to extend Bison Street to the south;
extension to the south would occur as development occurs. The proposed development
a~eement for Dellwood Hills requires that the developer deposit funds into an escrow
account for future improvements to Bison Street from 171 st to Count',' Road #63.

Mayor Reimann indicated that the residents of Golden Eagle Estates would have to
approach the Police Department to initiate researching whether or not there is a need to
regulate traffic within that subdivision.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve
the agenda with the following adjustments:

CiD' Council/August 22, 1989
Page 5 of 17
