Mr. Otto expiained that hem ~.'7 of the proposed conditional use penni: ,dated August 2, 1989, as proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, could be so burdensome as to restrict Mr. Mi'linkovich from even washing the exterior of the cars on his property. Understanding the concerns of the Planning Commission and the intent of ltem #7, Ciw Staff revised hem #7 and added an hem #8. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Re/mann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting No: None. Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permit Renewal For Welding Business At 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. Michael Baehr: Sylvia Frolik stated that Mr. Baehr was ~anted a conditional use permit in 1988 for a welding business One of the terms of the permit included a one year expiration date with the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit. The propenT was inspected and is in compliance with the te,wns of the conditional use permit. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Mr. Michael Baehr's request for a two year renewal of the conditional use permit to have a welding business in the accessory structure at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. Cib' Council/August 22, 1989 Page 13 of 17
