Rd. e56, junk cars accumulated; he feels this same <br />situation may happen again once the expansion is approved. Commissioner Deemer not~ <br />that there was not a conditional use permit in effect when the applicants operated their <br />vehicle sales lot on the east side of Crv. Rd. #56; the site on the west side of Cw. Rd. #56 <br />is under a conditional use permit which gives the City more control. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer and Chairman Zimmerman withdrew their motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend <br />Item #22 of the proposed findings of fact to indizate that the proposed use will substantially <br />impair the use or market value of surrounding properly. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
