Motion bv Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Comn'fissioner Hendriksen to amend Item #27 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed expansion will crease excessive additional requirements at public cost for facilities and services. Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer not~ that the existing conditional use permit is being violated and it is costing the Cib' in terms of staff time to enforce the conditional use pern-fit. Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend Item #28 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate tl~at the proposed expansion will not invoh'e uses and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, properly or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare and odors. Motion by Councilmember Deemer and seconded by Councitmember Bawden to add an item to the proposed findings of fact to indicate that on November 25, 1986, Cit.',' Council denied a request for a conditional use permit to develop the existing site of' Ramsey Auto Sales as a used vehicle sales lot based on the intention to continue residential use of the two Planning & Zoning Commission/August I, !989 Page 9 of 13
