MINNESOTA 55101-1479 <br /> <br />September 27, 1989 <br /> <br />Construction-Operations <br />Regulatory 89-1158-12 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Placement of Fill Material into About 3.2 Acres of Wetland <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Frank <br />McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. <br />15050 23rd Avenue North <br />Plymouth, MN 55447 <br /> <br /> A favorable determination has been made on your application for a <br />Department of the Army permit. <br /> <br /> Two identical copies of your permit are enclosed. If the permit, with <br />all conditions, is acceptable, sign each copy on the line above the word <br />"PERMITTEE" on page 3, date, and return both forms to this office. I, or <br />my designated representative, will then sign both copies and return one to <br />you for your records. The permit is not valid without that signature. <br /> <br /> Federal Regulations require a fee of $100 for the processing of <br />permits which authorize the development of commercial activities in waters <br />of the United States.
