The work also includes the creatlon of about 3.6 acres of <br /> wetland adjacent to these fill areas. This activity is shown on the permit <br /> drawlngs labeled 89-1158-12, pages 1 of 5 and 2 of 5. / <br /> <br />Project Location: <br /> The project ls located in the SW 1/4 of sectlon 26, T. 32 N., R. 25 W., Anoko <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Permit Conditions: <br /> <br />General Conditions: <br /> <br />1. The time limit for completing the work authorized ends on December 51, 1992 If you find that you need more <br /> <br />time to complete the authorized activity, submit your request for a time extension to this office for consideration ct 1east <br />one month before the dote is reached. <br /> <br />2. You must maintain the activity authorized by this permit in good condition end in conformance with the terms and <br />conditions of this permit. You ore not relieved of this requirement if you ebondon the permitted ectivity, elthough you mey <br />m~ke o good faith transfer to o third party in compliance with Genera1 Condition 4 below. S~ould you wlsh to ceese to <br />maintain the authorized activity or should you desire to abandon it without o good faith transfer, you must obtain o <br />modification of this permit from this office, which may require restoration of the oreo. <br /> <br />3. If you discover any previously unknown historic or archaeological remains while accomplishing the activity authorized by <br />this permit, you must immediately notify this office of whet you hove found. Ne will initiate the Federal and state <br />coordination required to determine if the remains warrant c recovery effort or if the site is eligible for listing in the <br />Netionol Register of Historic Places. <br /> <br />IOq <br /> <br /> <br />
