If o conditioned water quality certification has been issued for your project, you must comply with the conditions specified in the certification os special conditions to this permit. For your convenience, o copy of the certification is attached if it contains such conditions. G. Special Conditions: 1. The permittee shall construct the mitigation areas os shown on the drawing labeled, 89-1158-12 page 3 of 5. The excavation and side sloping of the wetland areas shall conform to the guidance provided in permit attachment, page 4 of 5. 2. Excavation to create the northern mitigation site should attempt to ovoid removing the existing trees and shrubs. Special conditions continued on page four. Further Information: 1.
