If you sell the property associated with this permit, you must obtain the signature of the new o~er in the space provided <br />and for~ord o copy of the permit to this of?ice to validate the transfer of this authorization. <br /> <br />5. If o conditioned water quality certification has been issued for your project, you must comply with the conditions <br />specified in the certification os special conditions to this permit. For your convenience, o copy of the certification is <br />attached if it contains such conditions. <br /> <br />G. You must o11o~ representatives from this office to inspect the authorized activity at any time deemed necessary to ensure <br />that it is being or has been accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of your permit. <br /> <br />Special Conditions: <br /> 1. The permittee shall construct the mitigation areas os shown on the <br /> drawing labeled, 89-1158-12 page 3 of 5. The excavation and side sloping of <br /> the wetland areas shall conform to the guidance provided in permit attachment, <br /> page 4 of 5. <br /> <br /> 2. Excavation to create the northern mitigation site should attempt to <br />ovoid removing the existing trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />Special conditions continued on page four. <br /> <br />Further Information: <br /> <br />1.
