The 160A
subdivision includes land along Trott Brook. A trail corridor is
planned through this parcel. The parcel also abuts Autumn Heights
and presents an opportunity to link Autumn Heights Park to
Northfork, Whispering Pines and ultimately Trap Rock Commons via
trail segments currently dedicated or agreed upon.

Due to the drainage characteristics along Trott Brook, the maximum
13% of land is recommended to be dedicated. A proposed layout is
attached. The parks commission will be taking action on this at
their June 9 meeting. If you have any questions, give me a call.

cc: Members of Parks Commission

222 Monroe Street
Anoka, Minnesota 55303

612/427-5860

Eugene J.
