Mr. Mevissen <br />explained thal the City streets cannot be plowed within 8 hours with the one existing truck. <br /> <br />With regards to contracting out portions of park maintenance, Mr. Hartley stated that he <br />will be providing the Budget Committee with an analysis of quality and cost effectiveness <br />of park maintenance duties accomplished by Public Works staff versus that which was <br />contracted out.
