CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />(2) Accounts Payable <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution//89-11-310 approving accounts payable transactions for the period October 16, <br />1989 through November 3, 1989 in the amount of $267,549.31. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Cich, DeLuca <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Improvement Project//89-13 (water, sewer and street surfacing of Rivlyn Street <br />N.W.) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-11-311 declaring adequacy of petition and ordering feasibility report for <br />Project #89-13 (water, sewer and street surfacing of Rivlyn Street N.W.). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Cich, DeLuca <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Recognition of Eagle Scout <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted that Ramsey youth, Brian Boyke, has attained Eagle Scout <br />designation and directed City Administrator Hartley to draft a letter of recognition to him <br />from City Council. <br /> <br />b) Plans and Specs for Council Tables and Chairs <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich requested information regarding the cost to have plans and specs <br />drafted for City Council tables and chairs. <br /> <br />'c) Metro Council's 4 in 40 Density Policy <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Metro Council will be amending their 4 in 40 density policy and <br />Ramsey has had and will continue to have a substantial impact on what that policy will be. <br /> <br />City Council/November 14, 1989 <br /> Page 13 of i4 <br /> <br /> <br />
