In addition, it was noted that Lots 3 - 6 of Hall-Anderson Acres Addition, directly south of
the proposed Alder Glen Addition, are metes and bounds parcels that extend into the proposed
Alder Glen Addition; consideration should be given to contacting those property owners regarding
the possibility of consolidating their tax parcel and including them into the proposed Alder Glen
plat.

On November 9, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of
land to satisfy the park dedication requirements as per the City Landscape Architect's review dated
October 31, 1989. If, however, Hokanson Construction should change the plat to a PUD, park
dedication shall increase subject to PUD requirements and staff recommendations.

On November 17, 1989, the City of Ramsey received application from Hokanson Construction,
Inc. to rezone the proposed Alder Glen Addition from R-1R (Rural Residential District) to a PUD
(Planned Unit Development).
