Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09-263 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT PPROVAL FOR TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Town Center LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, ("Applicant"), <br />has applied to the City for final plat approval pursuant to City Code, Section 9.50 regarding the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad property, east of the east line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat <br />No. 33, and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the south half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying west of <br />the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16 and south of the <br />north 90.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly <br />line of the Burlington Northem Railroad property. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly <br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property and west of the west line of Anoka <br />County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is proposed to be platted as RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER ADDITION; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 2003, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed the Preliminary Plat of the Subject Property, (the "Preliminary Plat)" and recommended <br />approval of the Preliminary Plat subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 30, 2003, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />Preliminary Plat and recommended that park dedication and trail fees consist of a cash payment <br /> <br /> <br />
