Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-09-263 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT PPROVAL FOR TOWN CENTER ADDITION. WHEREAS, Town Center LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, ("Applicant"), has applied to the City for final plat approval pursuant to City Code, Section 9.50 regarding the following described property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property, east of the east line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 33, and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. And That part of the south half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying west of the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16 and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. And That part of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northem Railroad property. And That part of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property and west of the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Subject Property is proposed to be platted as RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on July 10, 2003, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the Preliminary Plat of the Subject Property, (the "Preliminary Plat)" and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on July 30, 2003, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the Preliminary Plat and recommended that park dedication and trail fees consist of a cash payment
