No Wake A!on¢ The Rum R4_ver/Lower Rum <br /> Management Organizer ion: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that both the cities of Anoka and Andover directed the <br />proposed Anoka County ordinance regarding no wake along the Rum River back <br />to the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization (LRRWMO) with the <br />recommendation that wake be controlled by 'no wake' zones rather than by <br />limiting boat motor horsepower. <br /> <br /> City Council/December 13, 1988 <br /> <br /> Page 4 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
