Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Presentation by Mr. Don Masterson, Mayor of Spring Lake Park, <br />Regarding RISE, Incorporated: <br /> <br />Mr. Masterson was not presenl and this case was not addressed. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For An On-Sale Liquor License And Sunday Liquor License <br />At On The Green Restaurant By RRM Enterprises, Inc..' <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recalled that Council previously tabled action on RRM Enterprises request for an <br />on-sale liquor license because On The Green's square footage does not meet current ordinance <br />requirements but may comply in the near future, depending on ordinance amendments under <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Dom was present representing RRM Enterprises and stated that obtaining the on-sale <br />liquor license plays a major role in the closing of the purchase of On The Green scheduled for <br />January 31, 1989. Mr. Dom requested that Council consider On The Green deck area applicable <br />towards square footage requirements in order to meet current ordinance requirements; if the on- <br />sale liquor ordinance is adopted as drafter earlier this evening, On The Green will be in <br />compliance with ordinance requirements without any special considerations. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to grant an on-sale <br />liquor license to RRM Engerprises, Inc., as applied for, at On The Green Restaurant, 16659 St. <br />Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Mississippi Trail Corridor Update: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart reported that the consensus of Metro Council, EQB and Anoka County Park <br />Department is that Ramsey's proposed layout and design (17 to 75 foot widths depending on <br />density of existing development) for the Mississippi Trail Corridor is acceptable. EQB and <br />Metro Council are also not requiring resubmittal of those in-process plats, Riverview Estates <br />and Bulow's Addition, affected by the Mississippi Trail Corridor. <br /> <br />City Council/January 24, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />
