The project schedule is such that following the public hearing, there is a 30 day waiting <br />period before Council can order the project; plans and specs could be ordered and approved <br />and bids accepted in May; construction would begin in July or August; the assessment <br />hearings would be held in September. <br /> <br />Mayor Re/mann noted receiving a letter from Mrs. Symanietz at 17711 Vanadium Street <br />N.W., in which she expressed concern that she would receive two units of assessments <br />because she lives on a comer lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto replied that Mrs. Symanietz is proposed to receive one unit of assessments and he <br />will convey this to her in writing. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto referred to Beaudry's Second Addition and stated that the estimated total project <br />cost is $7851.00; 31.5 units are proposed to be assessed. The per unit cost is $249.24, <br />amortized over a 3 year period. <br /> <br />The project schedule for Beaudry's Second Addition is similar to that of Rodeo Hills. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councitmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Pearson and <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None.
