Votinf No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmembe: Cich explained tha'~ Item #4 was removed from the Consent Agenda <br />because an insufficient number of price quotes were received for the transcribing machine <br />and portable recorder. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry from Councilmember Pearson, Mr. Hartley noted that the City is pursuing <br />reimbursement from the parking lot lighting contractor for payment due to Triple A <br />Irrigation for sprinkler system repairs. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1. License applications 5;" r;"~f ....;:"'" <br />2. Resolution #89-07-154 approving first half bills for July, 1989." <br /> <br />3. Appointment of Mr. Richard Netzloff to the Quad Cities Cable T.V. Commission. <br /> <br />Resolution authorizing purchase of transcribing machine and portable recorder was <br />removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Introduce ordinance amendments to City Code in accordance with Resolutions #89- <br />06-129 and #89-06-130. <br /> <br />6. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />153rd Avenue N.W. Right-Of-Way Project; Improvement <br />Project #89-4: <br /> <br />Council proceeded to discuss the level of importance that should be placed on each of the <br />ran-king criteria to be used in determining the preferred route for the extension of 153rd <br />Avenue from Cry. Rd. #5 to Cry. Rd. #56. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson noted that he will be participating in the case discussion but <br />abstaining from any voting because his property is affected by one of the 3 proposed routes <br />for 153rd.
