Those homes now have access onto Front Street and there <br />is no longer a need for the City to maintain the easemenL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to formally <br />ac'knowledge that the City no longer has an interest in that certain driveway located between <br />Highway #10 and Front Street on Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision 26, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; that the City no longer maintains said easement. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
