Sonerberg has not taken actior; to seal off the well. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated thru he ha.~, researche,., and the City has no responsibility with res:~ecl <br />m prosecuting for the closure of abandoned wells. There is a new law that came' into <br />.1 ulv I that would allow cities the authority to deal with abandoned wells, but this parficuiar <br />situation occurred prior to July ], 198,9. <br /> <br />Mayor Rcimann directed that Mr. Goockich's infonnation regarding abandoned wells be <br />forwarded to th~' subject proper~y owner. <br /> <br />c) Petition for improvements to Waco Drive <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann submitted a petition requesting surfacing improvements to Waco Drive. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Counciimember DeLuca to adjourn the <br />regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
