Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Adopt Ordinance Changing The Solid Waste DePositing Fee: <br /> <br />Mr. Hanley reported that the City of Elk River adopted an ordinance on July 17, 1989 to <br />increase the cubic yard fee at the landfill to $1.00 effective September 1, 1989. The City of <br />Medina increased their cubic yard fee effective August 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann inquired if the proposed cubic yard increase has been discussed with the <br />Anoka Sanitary Re~onal Landfill. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart replied that he did talk to Kathy Peterson and she indicated there would be <br /> <br />City Council/July 18, t989 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
