Rd. #5 and Cry. Rd. ,.36. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adopt Resolution Delegaling Adminislrative Duties: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartlev stated that hc will be on vacation and recommended delegating Ms. Penny <br />Cunts the authority to sign documents requiring his signature during his absence. Mr. <br />Hardcy recommended tha: Ms. Sandra Ashier be designated as Acting City Administrator <br />for operational purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded bv Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-07-159 authorizing Penn,,, Curtis ~o execute documents on behalf of the <br />Cit.',, Administrator and Sandra Ashiev to represent the C/ty as the Acting City <br />Administrator for the remai::der of 1989.' Further, that delegation of persons to execute <br />documents on behalf of the City Administrator and peform as Acting City Administrator <br />will be reviewed annually at the organizational meetings. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
