Mr. Raatikka estimated that storm sewer <br />improvements would cost approximately $25,000; a ponding area would cost <br />approximately $10,000; and dr3,' wells could cost from $5,000- $10,000. <br /> <br />Wendi Jarson - Stated that she and her husband are in the process of procuring a mortgage <br />on the property to pay bills relating to the cost of constructing their home and they are <br />working under a time factor. Mrs. Jarson stated that she doesn't understand all the <br />concerns with floods and 1t30 year storms; there was some water on the property tha~ was <br />handled fine with the digging of a ponding area. Mrs. Jarson stated that she canno~ afford <br />storm sewer. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
