The plat was laid aside due to the fact that <br />Juniper Woods could not be developed at urban densities until the MUSA line was <br />expanded. The subject area was brought into the MUSA area and can nov,' be developed at <br />urban densities. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Ordinance #89-18 to rezone the plat of Juniper Wood's from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
