Otto noted thai as part of the Comprehensive Plan amendment, the City has to review <br />thc overall transportation plan of the City. <br /> <br />Lxmne Rickert and Dorothy Stadfeh indicated that they are not satisifed with Counci/'s <br />decision to rcqtfirc the develo?er to exteno J uniper Woods to I)~rd as ~ ~,:zss q haul <br />for construction equipment: the residents of Phase I will be using the paved roads in <br />adj:lcent neighborhoods. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that a public hearing is being conducted on August 29 regarding Phase <br />proposed improvements in Juniper Woods; information regarding the cost to complete <br />Phase II improvements during Phase I and input from the developer coule be available <br />that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table action <br />on the request for final plat approval of Juniper 'vg'oods until the special City Council <br />meeting scheduled for August 29, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Adopt Park Dedication Ordinance: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto recalled that on Jul), 11, 1989, the Ramsey City Council tabled the adoption of the <br />Park Dedication Ordinance until the final version could be reviewed by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and the Park and Recreation Commission. ThOse commissions have <br />recommended adoption of the Park Dedication Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Ordinance #89-17 amending Chapter 170.06 of the City Code: park and Open Space <br />Dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
