Storm water runoff and <br />subsequent discharge to wetlands will also be an issue, however, <br />not a significant one. Both of these issues have been addressed <br />in the environmental documents. We will provide the supplementary <br />information as requested. <br /> <br />We'll also prepare the "Final" format as requested and clarify <br />points which were raised for the final submittal. <br /> <br />As we discussed in our phone conversation, our major concern is <br />placing this review on "hold" until the Site "P" EIS is complete. <br />Our understanding is that the Site "P".EIS will be in draft stage <br />sometime this fall with a final EIS following that conceivably in <br />late 1989. <br /> <br />222 Monroe Street <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />612/427-5860 <br /> <br /> <br />
