I believe that we should strive for <br />putting this in final form and submit the final to FAA for action <br />rather than waiting for completion of the Site "P" EIS. We'll try <br />to work this out with FAA so that we could get approval of the <br />airport environmental review and try to obtain a recommendation for <br />a finding of no significant impact (FONSI).
